Monty Sharma

Monty Sharma is an entrepreneur, advisor, and educator with deep experience supporting early-stage founders. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Brown University and a longtime mentor with the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund, where he works closely with student startups.

Monty is the CEO of a Stealth Game Studio, previously helped scale Vivox, a venture-backed company that successfully exited, giving him firsthand experience building and growing high-impact technology ventures. He also led MassDigi, working at the intersection of startups, academia, and government. He is known for his strengths in customer discovery and founder coaching, helping teams validate ideas, sharpen strategy, and build products grounded in real customer needs.
